The Baekjeong Korean BBQ Restaurant TI project was constructed at the former Macaroni Grill space at the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA. The project involved the complete reconstruction of the 7,000-sf restaurant space for the new Baekjeong KBBQ facility, their first location in the State of Washington. Our Client, CPM Tenant Improvement Solutions was the prime general contractor for this project, and we provided complete construction management services starting with project estimating & procurement, owner negotiation-value engineering continuing with the construction buildout and final project completion closeout.
