The Skyview Estates Landslide and Roadway Repair project was completed under an emergency work authorization order issued by Snohomish County. The only route of egress servicing the Skyview Estates residents had experienced a catastrophic landslide and collapsed roadway preventing all vehicle traffic from accessing the neighborhood. This included all fire and aid services to the residents. We were hired as the HOA construction management representative to oversee the complete reconstruction and roadway repairs based on the civil engineered design plans and recommendation from the Geotechnical firm representing the HOA.
