The Whittaker Mixed Use project involved three categories of construction and construction management work which was: Site Development work, Street Improvement work and Utilities / UMP work. The street improvement work consisted of complete streets right-of-way improvement work along the project frontages of SW Alaska Street, Fauntleroy Way, SW Edmunds St and 40th Ave W. Major work items included concrete roadway panel construction, asphalt paving, new city sidewalks and frontage landscape features.
